Draeger Interlock Service Centre

Appointment set up months in advance, checked again and again. Delivered the car for installation, took a day off work, etc but technician refused to proceed. He said it was because we didn't have the right documents but in fact it was because he was not confident he knew how to do the install on such a new car (2021 Golf mk8). OK fair enough but why take the booking in the first place?Quite helpful call centre ladies apologetic (not really), told us to take it to Archerfield, there the tech (helpful and honest) also said he wasn't confident. Extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.If you need an interlock in SEQ then Access Electrical at Ashgrove were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and understanding, and were able to the install on a very complex new car with no problems.

Very poor run business was there for a 7.30 booking an hour later was told the technician called in sick after i took day of work and organised a friend to drive my car there. Rang head office and they took no responsibility for the inconvenience didnt offer any solution or discount except to wait another 11days without a liscence

Professional, quick and accommodating however outrageously expensive!

I have been back to this place 2 times now. The first time I was on a 1 month waiting list for a key start car to have this interlock device installed only to be told that the car needed registration because a dealers trade plate was not applicable and I wanted the interlock period over and done with ASAP. So I went and got registration on the car and rebooked for the first available time which was another month away. The time finally arrived and the same man asks me for “paper work” and to see the interlock class on my drivers license which no one told me I needed to do... I have booked this installation 3 times now and not a single person has told me this of any of these requirements and to bring paperwork. So I assumed I needed to install the interlock then take the car to service NSW. I’m still left with no interlock, I won’t be returning to this company. Their lack of communication is embarrassing. They even failed to ask if my car was push button which is apparently a longer wait period. This company is a big joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst customer service and absolute money scamming products.

Quick, no fuss, well explained and out of there. Very expensive though. No dramas with the service. I imagine this dude would get some serious grief for just doing his job considering what it is he is doing. I have to say people, we are all in there because we stuffed up. It isn't the technicians fault.

Extremely expensive. They are very friendly especially Rudy. They are quite quick

the Vietnamese Representative is always really rude and once he didn't show up with everyone waiting for him until the main officer told us v2 hours later he actually called sick, very unprofessional !
