Gerry and his team were amazing. They managed to squeeze us in to get a cracked heating hose replaced immediately!! They completed the job in less time than we thought and we were back on the road again within a couple of hours. Superb service. Highly recommend!

I purchased a land rover from Panuccio before Christmasand the whole experience has been flawless. The team always go the extra mile and even when given very little notice. Paid Panuccio to diagnose the issue with my vehicle and repair it. He changed a part and it still has the same problem.Waste of money - didn't bother returning.

They were excellent, would have liked a progress report text, something like…still progressing with your service. We had a courtesy car which was helpful, had a great meal at the Tavern by the beach. Courteous staff…overall…we’ll keep coming back. This business will grow.

Panuccio autos carried out a full service on my car, and picked up a few things that needed attention. Brakes ,power steering bush etc, I booked it in for these to be done, carried out without any problems, called up and let me know it was done, everything was done to my satisfaction, I noticed later a slight noise and called back in, they could not be more helpful, broke into their busy schedule and chased down what it was, fixed and one very happy customer, nothing was touch trouble for these guys, highly recommend them ,thanks Panuccio autos

I brought my car in all the way from Margaret river for a full service. I paid $600 for a full service, the next day there was a terrible oil leak(all of the oil they charged me $120 for leaked out) and the belt snapped, had to get my car towed and fixed which cost me well over $1000. I called to tell them this happened the day after I brought it into them. They didn’t seem to care or take me seriously. My mother in law called for me a few days later and they said to send all my information and they would give me money back, I did that and they never did that and I never heard from them again. They have great reviews so I am sure they are good at their jobs but this was so frustrating and reallyImpacted me financially.

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable. Having taken my car to two other garages without the problem being resolved, Gerry and his team quickly identified the issue and fixed it. I love that they will tell me things that will need attention in future so I have time to budget for it. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, great peace of mind.
