I have purchased many beautiful flowers for my guests at my BnB in the Yarra Valley. Renee has always provided great customer service and the quality of the fresh flowers has been amazing with my guests always commenting how beautiful and great value flowers are from Yarra Valley Blooms.Yarra Valley Blooms are highly recommended for any occasion.

Renee is a very talented florist, the florals she created and delivered were beautiful. My bouquet was gorgeous and I was initially so happy with Renee’s work. What I am disappointed by is her lack of professionalism and communication skills. Renee failed to delivery the toss bouquet and corsages. At first, she stated that she delivered them all and then the story changed that the toss bouquet wasn’t in fact delivered. After we discovered that florals were missing we were unable to get into contact with Renee, we received one inadequate text. The venue then attempted to call her on the landline and never received a response. How can you not be contactable on your clients wedding day? Throughout this whole process, Renee has been extremely active posting other brides and florals on her socials. This has been so disheartening to see as she was unable to respond to my calls, emails and text messages in a timely manner. She stated that she would follow up with the venue, but never has. She now blames the venue for the missing corsages, when multiple bridesmaids and staff were not able to locate them where she claims to have left them. This seems incredibly suss to me. Overall, I would not recommend you choose Renee as your florist. You do not need the added stress on your special day, nor following on from it. Had she communicated effectively with me and done everything to make it right, I wouldn’t have had to write a review like this. All she offered, after numerous messages from myself, was a refund for the toss bouquet which she never followed through with. No apology, no transparency. Only defensiveness.

I have never seen a bridal bouquet so beautiful. Renee did the most amazing job creating my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, button holes and large floral arrangements. They were all perfect. Renee was also so helpful in making my vision come to life. The best florist EVER!

Yarra Valley Blooms was recommended to me by a friend and upon meeting Renee, we knew we had found someone special.I didn't give her much of a brief, but white florals and gave her creative control! She ran with this and absolutely hit it out of the park. They outcome was beyond my expectations and I could not have been happier. Everything came together perfectly. I cannot recommend Yarra Valley Blooms any higher! Renee made the most incredible bouquet for my wedding. She made the entire experience so pleasurable and streamlined. Renee did flowers for my wedding. Overall, the flowers were beautiful. However the reason for three stars is some unprofessionalism. Paid for flowers for welcome sign and did not receive them, when I questioned her adter the wedding she blamed our vendors for attachment issues and didn't leave the flowers and then refused a refund. Also the flowers were put together two days before the wedding and not placed in water when I received them so they were dying before the end of the day, same with the arbour. Her work is lovely it's just a shame about the accusational emails I received after the wedding.

My flowers from Yarra valley blooms are always amazing and last for so so long!!!! I love buying for my friends and family and will always buy from renee whenever I need flowers!! Her quality is second to none and so is her professionalism!
