Was really very impressed with the beautiful and emphatic way they organized my brother in law's funeral. Told my son I would like to have them organize my funeral and my son agreed and said he was so impressed by the coordination done by Julie? that he would definitely use her services to plan a wedding ! Thank you for a wonderful funeral ...every nitty gritty detail taken care of meticulously ...yet with empathy and kindness.

Went there today for my nans funeral was absolutely amazing for everyone and they are so dearly kind and organised.

Sincere thanks to Penny & the team for every detail - the prior arrangements, the respect and care given at the time of my husband's death, and the respect and professionalism before, during and after the funeral service.

We had our Mum's service at Simplicity Kelmscott last October and Dad's yesterday. With each of the funerals, the staff were professional, friendly and caring from start to finish. They were compassionate, considerate to our needs at such a difficult time, and were patient and caring. The services were of high quality for a very reasonable cost. We truly could not have asked for more. Many thanks to all, especially to Craig and Penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you!

Jason was so helpful and respectful before and during my dads funeral, the place was just beautiful and we could not have asked for anything better than what we received, highly recommend this place to say the final goodbye for your loved one ty from the whole family and friends xxx

Jason was polite, professional and so easy to talk to. He made arranging Mum's funeral so stress-free. We didn't need to worry about a thing. Today we sadly attended our friends mother's funeral, held by Simplicity funerals Kelmscott. It was repeatedly requested that the funeral be recorded, yet at the end of the service we were informed it was not recorded. As you know funerals cannot be repeated, due to your incompetence we have forever lost this very precious last chapter of our friends beloved mother. This has impacted family and friends whom live overseas and were unable to attend, they lost their chance to pay their last respects.

Hello,I would like to tell you about my experience with your kelmscott branch and two of the exlempary people you have working there.Jason Cocksey and Penny Parker.Originally my friend Ronald Smith prepaid for his funeral about 5years ago..we had to use this in February this year.When myself my husband and my son came to your premisis in kelmscott we were met by Penny and Jason. From the very outset they were welcoming and l could tell they took their lead from us..we dont view death as a solomn occassion and use humour to get us by..they rose to the occassion.l feel although l may be wrong that this was Jasons first go it alone and Penny was there to guide him..Jason will go far in this industry simply because of the way he treats people...he kept us informed from the start..he gave us all the correct information..Jason replied to our questions promptly. I misunderstood about the photo array and assumed incorrectly that it was on a video scroll rather than actual photos..Jason took it upon himself to take those photos and put them to music..there werent a lot but the job he did was just...well just us..Jason said it wasnt a proffessional job..and sure it wasnt but it was absolutely beautiful..Ron was a simple man and he would have loved it..Jason didnt want to let me down or cause me a problem..thats outstanding service.. On the day apparently the food didnt arrive ontime..Penny was not a happy camper..Penny apologised profusely..but the food did arrive..a little bit late but still well on time..we would have been none the wiser..but being the proffessional and perfectionist Penny is..again outstanding service..Penny even got a piece of music for the reflection part of our service because we just didnt know what to get..she asked questions about him and the piece was perfect...Although it was the end of life Jason and Penny made it a living ceremony..and then with grace and humility they transfered his ashes for us..Myself and my husband have decided to both prepay our funerals with your company just because of Jason and Penny..outstanding people they do your company proud.Regards Elaine Stanik for Ronald Maxwell Smith..Smitty""
