I'd just moved and after installing my washing machine it threw an error code, after several failed attempts by me to clean the filter, etc. I decided it was time to call in an expert, the booking process was easy and they called to say they were on the way, the fix was pretty simple but done professionally with no fuss or mess.

Peter responded promptly to my early morning call and was able to fit in a service call soon after (same day) — modest call out fee and had the spare parts on board — all fixed in a flash. Clean, neat, friendly and well-priced. Gave good advice about an older machine, but its still working like a charm. Just what we needed.

Avoid this repairer. Never trust his quotation OVER THE PHONE (even how detailed you provide). He will slug you $99 for less than 3 mins. to view yout job & then add extra TO REPAIRS....SHAME ON HIM!
