If I could give 0 stars, I would.I pre-booked a maxi taxi for the Beef Week races one week in advance knowing what a busy day it was.The taxi was due to arrive at 11, I called a little after 11 to make sure I still had a booking and I was told yes, as I had a booking I was a priority and that the taxi was dropping a group off and was then coming to collect us.Half an hour later I called again, and was told the same thing. Still no show. My partner then called, to which they told him the taxi was on its way, they were talking to the driver at the same time. Then it changed to, the driver tried to call me numerous times and left messages, you have now lost your booking and will have to wait for the next available taxi. I had NO missed calls or messages on my phone.So then we had 10 people with no lift to the races.What's the point of doing the right thing and making a booking if Casino Cabs can't honour the booking?I will not be using this service again. Time for Casino to get Uber!

Absolutely horrible I had to wait for my cab in 36 degrees heat for over an hour and I called them up about 30 minutes into waiting and they said I was too in the list should be 5 minutes yet I’m still waiting in this bloody heat

If I could do half a star I would. Never on time. Always late. Wait for hours while watching empty cabs drive past. Call up to find out how far off. No estimate and still end up waiting.

Calling up to confirm when our taxi would be arriving I was interrupted by the “operator” very RUDELY! She practically YELLED REPEATEDLY at me that the “they’re a KILOMETRE AWAY” !!! How utterly disgusting to bespoken to that way! I was utterly shocked and quite shocked because I e never had this experience with any of the operators before. I politely asked her name so I can speak to the manager or whoever runs this place. Because speaking to customers that way is just plain unprofessional!

needed a lift at 9:50am and the got to me by 10am, nice driver. i would recommend :)

Took them 45mins to come 10mins at 8am in the morning after the operator tells you they will be there soon. Then the driver had the wrong address. I ended up walking 2kms before they arrived. I was in tears!I ended up being late for my appointment and had to reschedule. The driver was apologetic and said that he was given the job early but then they kept diverting him to other calls. Such terrible service! $70 round trip for nothing!I will never call them again!

Booked taxi an hour in advance as we had a funtion to attend. When our taxi didn't show up at the booked time i rang again and they could not care less. Couldn't give me an estimated time for pick up and said all taxis were busy. 15 minutes later still no taxi so we decided to walk. Arriving at our function half an hour late. Thanks for nothing Casino cabs.

Poor communication when you call to book a cab with drivers apologising for being late to pick you up; I know it's not the drivers fault but when thedispatch" people aren't putting jobs in correctly and don't assist the drivers what can they honestly be expected to do? Today people were waiting over an hour at the rank for a cab; why?It's not the weekend and to make the drivers constantly have to apologise for delays really isn't acceptable.You ring back to follow up on the whereabouts of your ordered cab to be spoken to in a rather rude manner

Absolutely disgusting service. Booked three times over two hours and booking went missing and had the hide to ask for an 85 dollar pre payment. Will be making further complaints to whom necessary!!! Disgraceful!
