Fantastic Cleaners

These guys saved me with a last minute request. I had an appointment with another company but because of a change in the plans I needed the service earlier. Unfortunately the other cleaners were not available. I called Fantastic and they managed to send me a team on the next day. Service was at a high standard as well. Thank you again!

Absolutely abysmal experience. Cleaners showed up but didn't complete most of the job. A 72 hour guarantee doesn't mean much when there is no way to contact anyone to speak to them!I've left probably over a dozen messages in the last weeks to try and speak to someone. The last person I spoke to ended up yelling at me for trying to get in contact with someone! Apparently it's a massive bother for them to contact me and I need to just 'be patient'.They have basically stolen hundreds of dollars from me, it's a really bad service!

Excellent service! I didn't expect such a good job but the cleaners were very quick, kind and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the results and will use again.

Fantastic Cleaners did a great job of deep cleaning my bathroom! I didn’t think it was possible to get rid of the rust stain in the tub, but the cleaner had it shining in no time! She was pleasant to have around & I would recommend her to anyone.

I had not had my oven cleaned properly for many years. Aranda came and worked solidly for 2 hours on it and it looks fantastic.. and it really was very dirty. An excellent job for a very reasonable price. I'd use him again for cleaning jobs any day.

Terrible - they ruined a $5000 mattress.Incredibly unprofessional and not skilled nor equipped to clean mattresses.Sat 1pm they cleaned the mattress. We queried it being so wet as the ad says 95% moisture is removed from the mattress.Called them Sunday, they promised to send some one 10am Monday. They had not arrived by 12. We called and were told the technician had been to the house at 8:30 and sent them a photo. An outright lie as we were home. He had sent a photo from the Saturday visit. They promised to be there by 1pm but didn’t show until 3:30pm.They re-did the mattress, which after being wet for three days was now smelly.When finished, we checked and the mattress was sopping wet again. We queried this and were told they could do no more and we should just leave the mattress outside for a few days and it would dry!!!We requested a refund and were ignored.
