Very knowledgeable, efficient and dedicated staff. Have provided more comprehensive advice than any of my previous accountants. I would absolutely recommend.

Very slow to act and respond to concerns. Took 3 weeks after completing tax assessment to even lodge our form this year and once tax back has so far taken a further nearly 2 weeks to provide our cheque. Stated that forms were ready and sitting on the desk over a week prior to being lodged. Also now states that their only cheque writer is out of state and still can't guarantee ill have it by the end of the week. When you call your call can be answered by any office in the country and they have no idea what you are talking about and requests for calls to be returned go unanswered. Also pay no attention to their opening hours. You will be lucky if they are there at earlier then 10am. This is the 3rd year in a row we have had issues getting our tax money back with this company and yet I've given them the benefit of the doubt. Not next year. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
