We had a wonderful experience with Converge building. From the very start we dealt directly with the director - Turan, whom held our hand from start to finish.It was our first timing building and he was very patient, walking us through the process, told us what we need to do in advance so no time was wasted and even offered suggestions to improve our floorplan to maximise the space in a cost-effective manner. He gave us a practical approach given his many years of experience building and lessons from his past clients.Turan stood out from the other builders during our search for a builder, with his responsive communication, knowledge with his past experience being hands-on in the building industry.His proposal also offered a large range of inclusions in the quote and was great value compared to other builders. He also had a huge list of suppliers with competitive pricing and if we found something better online he would allow us to use our own supplier for a cost saving. Whenever there was a change to be made, he was fully upfront with the cost and always kept close communication so we were up to date with the build.Turan took us through a couple of homes that he had recently built as well as his own home and the quality of the workmanship really showed, which gave us trust that he would deliver the same standard. Seeing our own home being built to that standard, really gave us assurance we went with the right builder. When something wasn’t up to our expectation, Turan would take full accountability and rectify the situation in a timely/costly manner.He has an amazing team of tradesmen and has a long-lasting relationship with subcontractors so we didn’t have too many major delays during build even throughout the pandemic and the supply shortage. Whenever there was an issue, he would have his tradesman onsite the next day.I have no hesitation in recommending Turan and his team at Converge Building. He has made our dream home come to life and couldn’t be happier with this work. Anyone looking to build their first home should consider Converge Building.

We have found working with Converge Building to be a great experience. It was our first build which was very daunting however Turan supported us throughout the process which we were grateful for.Very happy with the experience and we are in love with our new home.
