Giant Martial Arts

In my quest to become a starwars character or at least a marvel character (think Daredevil or black widow) I stumbled upon this unassuming gym 12 weeks ago.Here I decided to try out the weapons training using the 3 classes for $20 introductory offer to help me foster the force or perhaps further refine my eagle like swiftness that I swear I do have under the correct conditions.12 weeks later of night classes (for after work) and having completed my training and grading with Kali sticks (just like Daredevil) and Machete (which has been great for gardening with albeit a bit overkill for weeding), I realized I had been enrolled in essentially an X-Men like school, where everyone is cool, supportive, social and just like X-Men we all wear the same uniforms depending on what we are training in.The social outings have given me and my fellow force gatherers the opportunity to engage with one another and plot bringing our light sabers to sword training. However as we all know light sabers are extremely dangerous so more planning will be required to ensure the safety of those who are just carrying ye olde metals swords.With extremely supportive, friendly and incredibly helpful fellow students across all the grades and practices a sign of a incredibly fun positive environment fostered and maintained by the instructors, GMA has been one of the best training gyms I've been to since being in Sydney.It's also really important to note that I'm an adult and the classes I attend are for adults so no children are harmed in the making of this next avenger.

Hands down the best martial arts gym I have been to. Anthony and Giorgio go above and beyond for their students. Absolutely love training at Giant!

Giant Martial Arts has two highly experienced instructors Anthony and Giorgio with many years of extensive knowledge. They are great mentors with the hunger to continually grow in the martial arts industry.Giant is a great place to train. I have been going to Giant Martial Arts for a number of years now, and instructors Anthony and Giorgio have been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and effective at enabling you to progress. An example of their dedication would be COVID lockdowns, in which they commenced online classes via zoom in order to adapt and overcome limitations on exercise. Giant is an amazing place to train at and the instructors, Anthony and Giorgio care a lot about their students. They go above and beyond. There are many styles to choose from as well and many classes during the week which is great to fit in around work and other commitments. I have felt supported and had fun on my journey from an adult beginner to now. Highly recommend it!

I have been attending Giant Martial Arts for almost two years now and I am glad to be part of their family. The trainers and facilities are great, and the location is perfect. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere in this club was outstanding. I couldn't believe how inviting everyone was and how passionate they made me feel about reaching my goals. Giant is a Fantastic Martial Arts studio for students of ages. My children and I train here and we love it. They offer multiple styles so there is plenty to learn and lots of different styles on offer! The Instructors are amazing and cater to all levels of fitness and experience. If you want to train - this is the place to do it!
