A fantastic hair salon with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Kayla is a wonderful hairstylist who has great knowledge of colouring hair and which styles will work best for your hair type.Highly recommended.

Omg my absolute favourite hair salon experience ever. I’m so nervous with getting my hair done but trust Kayla to do whatever she thinks is best and she gets it so right every time! Studio space is so so so beautiful and in such a great little area. Love going to Gypsy George for my hair and would never go anywhere else !

Kayla and the Gypsy George team are not only incredibly talented, but they’re the best kinds of people you want around on the day: organised, calming, relaxed and positive! Kayla did an amazing job on both me and my wife, our makeup was flawless and stayed on all night despite a bit of rain after our ceremony; she gave me the old Hollywood waves of my dreams and did the most beautiful hairstyle on my wife (which also stayed put all night despite some rigorous dancing). Aside from the myriad of compliments we received about how beautiful my wife and I looked on the day, many people also had glowing feedback purely on Kayla’s character and friendly, outgoing nature — my bridesmaid, brother and parents in particular just adored her! She is so easy to get along with, and really makes you feel understood and listened to, which is so important when you’re trusting someone to make you look perfect on your wedding day. I’d recommend Kayla and the Gypsy George team in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a talented hair and make up artist!
