Craigie Community Chemist and Post Office

Pharmacy tried to charge full price despite having relevant concession cards, and even then charged $10.00 more for a non NHS prescription than our usual pharmacy. Won’t go the there again.

I have known Jeremy ( the Pharmacist) from my last pharmacy, Innaloo Chemist. Since I was 14 yrs old, on holiday from Albany to visit my boyfriend. (Who is now my husband. So for more than 27 yrs. He is a wonderful compassionate man who can help with almost any question you may have. Don't be afraid to ask. My family and myself have never had any problems with him there or here in Craigie. All Mike and all their staff are absolutely beautful and eager to help. They always make you feel comfortable and at ease. Also if the don't stock a item you require they will try their hardest to get it in for you. Highly recommend þhis Pharmacy to anyone near or far. I’ve been on the same meds for nearly 30 years and always had road blocks - between mean psychiatrists, pharmacists stealing my meds to being told I can’t pick them up because some legislation changed; this is the first place I’ve been that cared and understood that my meds aren’t optional. The pharmacist Jane was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me even when I was rude (I was frustrated at the situation and apologised). Some reviews say they were rude but I think it could be miscommunication as I think the women pharmacists are South African and often present more forward and serious than Australians expect.

I have been down on my luck and having financial issues. It came to the extent I could not even afford my medication which is important for my mental health. After not having medication for 3 days I didn't sleep. After explain my situation to another pharmacy they had zero interest and wanted $40 even after explaining my situation. However Elvina (counter) / Jeremey (Pharmacist) was compassionate and helped me out. Its nice to have a local pharmacy that supports you. Thank You Again

Today was my first visit to this pharmacy, The pharmacist (Mature Lady) came across as caring and gave me some great advice about sun protection for the WA Summer. Great range of products and gift ideas. Thank you for your great service.

Pharmacy provided misinformation over the phone about printing services. I called to enquire and was advised that printing was available, when I arrived at the pharmacy the pharmacist was very rude and advised that printing services are not available. They also advised me that they did not own a printer, this I fund difficult to believe.

After going here for several years and having a number of bad experiences (never from the pharmacy assistants, they are lovely), I have finally had my worst experience yet and will not be returning.Over the years, this is some of the rude behaviour we have tolerated (always from the Pharmacists):- Eye Rolling- Judgement when my Toddler was chucking a tantrum, quite literally the Woman Pharmacist scoffed and looked at me in disgust even after I apologised.- Just overall rudeness when asking questionsHowever, this last weeks occurrence has caused us extreme distress when the Pharmacist on Duty dispensed the complete wrong drug for my 1 year old daughter.Unfortunately, it is not something I noticed until my Daughter became lethargic and was taken to ED. She had been taking the medication for 4 days!This is disgusting, considering the questions you are probed with such as weight (to ensure the dosage is correct ironically), has your child taken this medication before, triple checking you understand when and how much to give your child etc. all while the actual medicine being handed to be isn’t even the correct medication.I’m so disappointed in the service and inattentiveness!
