This is a bloody nice pub and restaurant. Beyond that I cannot say but I saw great staff and felt a nice atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Won’t be returning unless the menu and staff quantities and energy change. Have always had a good meal and experience here, but things appear to have changed or on the day we were there anyway. Booked a table a couple of weeks prior for 6 yesterday (13/5) for 1pm, the polite female waitress who kindly adjusted it to 7 and took our drink and lunch orders was the only flash of creditable customer service we received for the whole experience. Initially, I had to retrieve the tray of drinks myself as the 1/3 full restaurant wasn’t maintainable by the quantity of staff. We were very disappointed in the timing, quality and value of each meal we had. The youngest had to wait the longest by at least 10 minutes and his and other pizza on the table were sloppy at best and not even worthy of a doggy bag. The table next to us who turned up well after, received all of their meals first. There was no salt and pepper on the table, no water topping up and generally no care or attention at all after drinks and meals were taken. $244.00 not well spent.

We liked the room. Very clean and access to washing machine, and dryer was great. Free parking in front of the rooms. Very friendly and professional reception service.bus to the city, Woolworths and service station is nearby. We recommend highly this hotel.

I was impressed with this restaurant. The venue was bigger than expected and had a number of dining options. The Dining Room was really well appointed, modern and classy. The menu was expansive with lots of options, including a great range of parmi's and pizza's. Our whole party enjoyed their food - I had the risotto, which was yum. I got a Bombe Alaska, which was tasty but quite small with a disappointingly little amount of meringue - but not so much that I'd knock off a star. The 5 star rating is not just about the food, this place marries good food, good atmosphere and good service really well and isn't too expensive. Great family restaurant.

I've mostly been in here for a catchup and a drink or two in the cafe area but this time I decided to have a meal here.Plenty of parking out the front but if it's particularly busy you can easily find parking a few steps away at the shopping centre. There's a lot on offer with a cafe, sports bar and dining area.I decided on the Aussie Parmigiana with a cool beer to go with it. It was just over $30 which is good value for the size of the meal and very tasty. Service was friendly and probably a few minutes longer than I'm used to but I'd put that down to them being busy. Certainly didn't take away from the overall experience.You have good, clean toilet facilities, outdoor areas if you choose to dine there and even a place fir the kiddies to keep themselves preoccupied. And if you like to have a bet or two you have those options there also.

The Shoreline Bottleshop attempted to over-charge me $4 on my purchase, accused me of theft and harassed me and, in addition to this ill treatment sold me faulty product being two cans of Ned Whisky and Cola 6% that were not sealed properly. This is a potential health issue due to the presence of bacteria.Congratulations Shoreline on the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have travelled to tough parts of South Africa and had the natives treat me better than your business.People, save time, money and stress and purchase at 9/11 Waterfront, 9/11 Shoreline, Porters on Clarence Street, BWS Eastlands, or Dan Murphy's in Percy Street for traditional, helpful and polite customer service.
