The installation team was very much caring and careful. They rescheduled when thunder warning was sudden. They installed all the panels, nicely distributed so I can receive the best solar feed in during day light. They also check the roof and replaced broken tile for me and fill the silicon gel where down pipe was leaking as a kind gesture. The office staff was also prompt and cooperative when requested help in connecting my device to solar web app. Very supportive and customer friendly service in all areas of there expertise I have received. The SolarMaxx sales team quickly provided me with a quote that beat all others I had received. The installation was ready to proceed about 2 weeks later. I am on the Central Coast of NSW so it is about a 2-hour trip for the Sydney-based installers so I was surprised that they got to my job so quickly.Thy (the installer) and his team were great. He had the 13.2Kw worth of panels and the inverter installed in 1 morning. Then showed me how to connect my phone and monitor the performance. To keep the cost down my invertor did not come with a smart meter to track the consumption and export amount. It will only track the amount of energy generated. This is not a big deal as my Energy Australia app shows the grid consumption and exported values anyway. Solarmaxx can add the smart meter on request if you would like it.The generated power so far ranges from a max of 79.7kWh on a clear sunny day down to 27.1 on a rainy day. I have generated a total so far of 1.31MWh!I have had the panels installed for about 3 weeks now and my daily usage average (data from Energy Australia app) has gone from 53kWh ($19.81) down to 20kWh ($6.36 after credit for excess sold back to the grid).With the electricity rates about to go up again, the $ savings will only increase and I will have a return on my investment even sooner.If you are looking for quality solar panels, excellent service and a price that can't be beaten, then you can't go wrong with Solarmaxx.

Solarmaxx did an excellent job installing a 6.6kw system on my roof. It is performing very well. Initially, the installers found a problem with my roof that I needed to fix. Cole at Solarmaxx was very helpful and explained what I needed fixed. There was no extra charge for the time wasted on the first cancelled installation. As soon as I had my roof repaired (by a roofer,) I let them know, they were there within 1 week. The installers were friendly and did a good job. They know what they are doing. I would recommend Solarmaxx.
