Found this spot while in Noosa for 2 weeks holiday. Had researched the local gyms and settled on Noosafit for its amenities and 24 hour access. The gym is spacious, well laid out, and has everything you could need to stick with a program while travelling. There is a nice outdoor area and boxing equipment, which was a big selling point for me. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They offer a few group classes which are gruelling in all the right ways. Personal training is also available.Will miss this spot, as they have already made us feel like part of the family!

Noosafit 24-7 Gym
Visited this gym for a week whilst holidaying in Noosa. Well equipped and friendly and accommodating staff. Has 2 squat racks, small deadlift platform, safety bar and hex bar in terms of powerlifting equipment. The bench press device is a little inflexible for shorter people but it's the kind of place you could bench in the squat rack for safety and I don't think you'd be judged.

Thank you Alister and the team at Noosafit. Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Great equipment and Flex the gym dog makes it the best place to train in Noosa.

NoosaFit is a very good gym with high quality equipment and machines. It has both an outside and inside section and is kept very clean. Should be the first option for people visiting Noosa

Tina and Alistair are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much to ask and they will assist you getting on the right path that works for you. I wouldn't go to any other gym in Noosa. Thanks guys!!! Top work!!

Best gym in the Noosa area!! Tina looked after us when we were in Noosaville for a 4 week stay. She was super helpful and welcomed us to the gym. Lovely community of members and trainers. The space is well thought out, very clean and with lots of new equipment. Great value gym. Plenty of parking, located at one end of the shopping centre. Looking forward to joining again on my next stay in the area. :)

Worked out at Noosafit for a month while on holiday in Sunshine Beach. I wish I had a gym like this back in the United States. Lots of great equipment and weights, plus accessories like TRX and Bosu. Personal trainers and physios. I loved the outdoor workout area. The owners, Tina and Alistair, were always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the Noosa area.

Best gym on the coast. It feels more like a family than a regular gym. Tina will always make you feel welcome and is extremely helpful. Equipment is clean and high end. The outdoor area puts it over the top.
