I've worked with many different presentations and experiences such as mood-related issues, trauma, life transitions, addiction, OCD, & relationships, in various settings including schools, correctional facilities, & private practice. I use a range of evidence-based practices in my work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, & Schema Therapy. I believe therapy to be a collaborative, dynamic process so I tailor my approach to meet individual needs.
