One of the best places to get a tattoo, Dai is an amazing artist and makes the whole experience just a pleasure. New ink or a veteran his line work and talent with colour makes every piece pop.I travel interstate to get Dai to do my work worth every dollar!

Had my 3rd time visit with Dai, Sergio and crew (1st/2nd was 4-5 years ago) - and all the times have been absolutely impeccable not only in terms of the actual tattoos (which are absolutely amazing) but the friendliness, process and overall experience one obtains!My overall pieces are all anime related (keeping the theme of childhood ala Pokemon, Dragonball, Digimon) and all the designs themselves have a personal artistic touch by Dai beyond what you thought was possible (and beyond my own artistic skills). The extremely detailed shading, coloration and finer details all come to a piece that you'll love - and I know from which all 3 of mine are!Thanks a million Dai/Sergio & team - you know whenever I'll be up in GC, there will be a visit always on the cards. Cant review more than 5 stars :)James

Recommended by family to visit lucky cat lane tattoo while on holiday from canberra. Dai was super freindly and was able to book me in the same day to have three tattoos done. Returned again later in the day to have tattoos done and was greeted by smiling, attentive and polite staff. Process from paperwork, design, qoute and tattoo was smooth and efficient. Tattoos came out perfect to what i had wanted. Cannot recommend the staff and the shop enough. Amazing work and if im ever back in the gold coast i will be back for more. Stay awesome!!

The team at Lucky Cat Lane are so amazing and professional. They make you feel at ease and they’re super friendly. The shop itself is impeccably clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, with the studio being intimate and cozy. Dai is an incredible artist, he is so quick but incredibly detailed and his work is absolutely beautiful. Will always try and make an appointment here when I visit the Gold Coast.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Artist did an amazing job; couldn't have had a better experience for my first tattoo. Definitely recommend and will throw in the added advice to bring a sharpie with you and pick up a t-shirt while there; Dai was more than happy to sign it and make it a memory to last a lifetime.

Had my very first two tattoos done with Dai and I cannot thank him enough! He talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. They’ve come out looking fantastic and I’m so happy with them! It’s a shame I don’t live in QLD otherwise I would definitely be a return customer.
