Premier Auto Trade
Useless customer service, promised order could be picked up directly, drove there and was refused the item stating it had to be sent via courier, wouldn't allow the item to be collected regardless of what their other employee had promised. If your employee makes a mistake, own up to it and fulfill what they have promised, the repercussions on your end are the business' responsibility and the customer should not suffer for your incompetence.
