DRoped the car off, told them I needed to get it vacuumed as I could not get my vacuum between the seats and there was dog hair. Got back, hair was still between the seats, in the boot and generally everywhere it was before taking it in. When I pointed this out, the guy grudgingly got the vacuum cleaner, gave it a go, when I asked about the carpet in the boot, he told me that that was extra as it was detailing. $60 later, they splashed some water on my car and did nothing of what they told me they would do. Never going back

Took my car here to get washed (silver wash) when they opened on Sunday morning and they have absolutely destroyed the paintwork on every single panel of my car! They obviously do not rinse the car or the sponge while cleaning the car as every single panel of the car is covered in fine scratches where the dirt has cut through the clearcoat. When I rang to complain I was told that they wash Porsche, Mercedes and BMW and don't understand what my problem is! I don't understand what relevance that has to my car that now looks like it was washed with a wire brush!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!
