So how we contact head office if u are choosing not to answer any calls?!! What a service

The most unprofessional retail company I have ever dealt with knowing they are an Australian company is even more embarrassing and disgraceful. Communication is poor and Lauren who cancelled my online order before notifying me has no customer service.

I recently required customer service relating to a product that had been gifted to me and they had the most attentive team.Leanne was so helpful and she resolved my issue quickly with no stress or hassle on my end. 10/10 quality product AND service! Couldn't be happier with the outcome and I'm more than confident to recommend Aje product to my friends and family.

I contacted Aje team to let them know about leggings that I purchased that were very uncomfortable to the extend that the mesh rubbed on my knee that it made it raw. Instead of providing support I was given the run around and ‘encouraged’ to contact the Aje store directly and re-explain. No acknowledgment of the product that I’m bringing to their attention or accountability as one company to find a resolution ie: for Lauren to contact management, inform them and discuss rather then just palming of the issue from one employee to the next and of course wasting everyone’s time. I do believe this ‘policy’ is in place so customers don’t persevere. Surprisingly very poor management give the pricing of their products.
