Quality has gone down hill a bit.Still miss the original cut down the top centre - kept the filling in easily. Sliced along the side/edge doesn't.

Girlfriends wrap was falling apart, not edible in the slightest, it wasn't made with care. Obviously they were more concerned about closing time being soon and getting home.

Ordered a subway pizza roll without sauce, roll was delivered with sauce. Telephoned the store, to be told that is what it comes with so automatically applied. Yet the order was understood very clearly given the sauce after the roll was assembled was scraped of the sauce.What would happen if a food allergy to pizza sauce was a problem?Why did the store lie, knowing the sauce was clearly scraped off the roll in photographs taken when received?All hospitality venues require a food safety handling supervisor on site at all times, yet the standards of the food safety were not adhered to and could have caused a major health issue. Seriously how hard would it have been to make a new roll then to supply a customer an item in which they did not order. This shows the store has no validation of customer satisfaction.Will not be returning to this store and the matter has been referred to NSW Food Authority Act for their investigation.Also ordered a chicken roll, paid additional monies for extra chicken and received only 3 peices of chicken on the entire roll, as I have ordered this many times before I am very familiar with the standard amount of chicken served so no additional chicken was added, taking money under false pretences.

The previous review is very inaccurate. Firstly, subway is simple, you order 2 six inches, you pay for 2 six inches. If the 2 six inches are different, you pay for 2 six inches. There are definitely no (boys) working at this store. And the customers after you were appalled at you for coughing everywhere and not even covering your mouth, they did not leave at all. And if you wanted to speak to the manager, just ask, he was not keeping quiet because he is scared of a fellow employee? He was busy serving many customers because of the time you were spending arguing that you were charged for 2 six inches when you rightfully should have been. Best thing would be to delete your review, and if you don't want to pay for 2 six inches, order a footlong.

My server was very generous with meat and the salad, resulting in probably the best subway experience I've had. Don't know yet if all the staff are like that or I was just lucky.

Wont be returning to this subway.After ordering a footlong BMT on a multigrain bread, the woman serving me spent several minutes arguing with me that such a bread wasn't available. To prove her point she showed me a wholemeal style bread with 9 grains (or multigrain).Then after making several mistakes and incorrect assumptions about my filling choices, i watched her return food back to the tubs they came from creating multiple cross contaminations. When i warned her of the health concerns to other customers, she once again argued with me saying it wasn't a problem" and "dont worry about it".I pity the people who came after me. I hope you're ok."

When my 12 year old son orders with please, thankyou and a polite smile I don't expect him to get sullen grunts in response.Perhaps you should send the gent who served him to my house for some lessons in manners and courtesy.

Must read this...Not worth for rating at allThe lady who is working there is so rude to customersIt seems she is doing intensionally. all the customers who are staying behind me to order they left after watching her way of behaviour.I ordered footlong which costs $10.95 but she charged me $15.90When I asked her reply was it’s bcoz u wanted to make it half.... so it costs two 6 inch....how can we hold that big footlong and eat..??? Omg whatever earning money by cheating customers won’t stay for long u loose 1000000 times more than thatBe nice to customers... it doesn’t mean how much the food tastesAll matters how you treat the customerThe boy who is working there knows that it’s her fault but he was quite might be scared of herI will never ever go to that subway

Don’t normally review chains but these guys are always friendly and quick. Sandwiches are always consistent and have a good variety of drinks to choose from.
