The staff at Kate & Kole were amazing during the whole process of getting my engagement ring. My partner said they were amazing to deal with and when it needed resizing they were very helpful and wanted to get the ring back to us as soon as they could! Thank you so much for my dream ring!

Sara & Maddy helped my fiancé craft the most gorgeous bespoke engagement ring - it is so stunning, I am constantly being complimented on it and asking where it was made. The girls made my fiancés experience so seamless and went above and beyond to make sure he had it in time, even meeting my MIL half way between sydney and their HQ so he was able to propose on my birthday! I have bought so many gifts from Kate & Kole since then and look forward to purchasing my next, most special necklace; these girls should be so proud of what they have created xxx

I ordered the tiny heart bracelet. When it came, it was in beautiful packaging and was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I broke it about a month later while performing in a play. Kate & Kole were so willing to help and my bracelet was fixed very quickly and shipped back to me again in such a beautiful way. Each time I have had correspondence, I have had such a quick and helpful response with links to all the right pages to start the repair process. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Kate & Kole and feel so proud they are in our local community.

I now have two pieces from Kate & Kole, small baroque pearl earrings and a signature baroque pearl ring. Both are beautiful and are of the highest quality.Both times I have left ordering to my partner and to the very last minute for my birthday, on both occasions the ladies went above and beyond to help deliver before the date.For my ring I was nervous about the ring size and went into the Honeysuckle location to try on, the ladies were fantastic and the space beautifully welcoming.I cannot recommend supporting this business enough. The founders, Sara and Maddy are lovely local Newcastle women who lead a team of highly talented women; their jewellery is unique and flawless in it’s quality. Absolutely incredible experience working with the lovely team at Kate & Kole! I had two custom signet rings made, and they turned out exactly as I had envisioned. They were able to add all of the design elements I was hoping for (and within budget) and the ordering process was simple and easy. I was communicating with them remotely in regional Queensland and had absolutely no issues with the distance. They were incredibly responsive to emails and answered all my questions. The ability to get design drawings done first to see what the pieces would look like was an excellent feature. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get any Australian made beautiful jewellery.
