Today I went to Castle Towers to return a faulty item, Michelle and Benita went out of their way to find find me a replacement straight away as they didn’t have one in stock. They found one over in their store at Castle Hill industrial area, went over to pick that item up I came across a rude and arrogant staff member not willing to help me on exchanging my item. I went back to towers as Benita and Michelle were so pleasant to deal with, Benita was able to address the issue and resolved my problem. I would highly recommend Castle towers for service at what’s cooking over the industrial area shop.

The customer service was shockingly poor. went there was hoping to purchase some glassware displayed at front door. I was pushing a trolley, the shop setting was very narrow. So I put my hand up instead of going to counter for help. There is no customer in the shop and the lady at the counter who is only 2meters away from me came over. Instead of asking if I need any help. She was blaming me not to go to counter rudely. So I end up didn't purchase anything.

Always fantastic customer service from the ladies here, Lil is always keen to help me and find that special something, And she knows her customers by name.The ladies are always very accomodating with my toddler soon and pram, And there is so much to see in this store.They always have a big range of on trend items and lots of quality brand products

Very arrogant sales ppl, not friendly at all, they were on their phone giggling and showing each other something from their phones.I spend around $300 and was willing to spend more but their attitude put me off from that shop!!! Specifically the young blue eyed girl I assume her name is Lil (that was on my receipt) should be removed from there asap!!!

Horrible customer service. The staff even lick their fingers when it comes to picking up the receipt or using plastic - unhygienic during a pandemic. I strongly recommend to shop elsewhere.

Bad experience here

I walked into this store to check out there products. As i looked at there global knives that where out on display in the open the ladybrudely told me not to touch the knives they are dangerous. After i addressed her rudeness and critisizced her customer service she called the police on me and told them i stole an item. Never shop here.
