Fantastic selection of excellent quality, fun looking and well made snow gear for children which we were pleased to find, having recently returned to Australia after many years in Europe. My son was thrilled with his new helmet and can’t wait to start ski school this year. Looking forward to buying for my baby daughter in years to come. Snow kids have such great quality snow gear and options for babies. My experience with snow kids was such a positive one, they were helpful from the get go. Can I please highlight Krystal, she really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect snow boot that would fit my daughters foot, having had bad luck the first time around. She really ensured she got the boots to me on time before our trip and I am so greatful and thankful! You’re a life saver Krystal! Fantastic customer service and just kind friendly demeanour overall! I ordered a pair of snow boots, 2 days later it was delivered, in hand by one of the owner or staff.Very polite. Apologetic as it was the morning ( it was not early, I was just still in my PJ).Loved the extra service.Keep doing what you are doing.

Krystel was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we received snowboots in time for a very last minute trip to the snow (even although she was away herself at the time!). Excellent customer service and a real pleasure to buy from. Will be my go-to for snow gear from now on!
