I bought their sleepmaker mattress and my order was missed. So i had to wait a further whole week. Then when i received it it had what looked like water stains along side it. I was later told it was glue. Too much was used.Then i had to wait a further week before they collected and then another week before it was replaced. Over one month from when i placed the order. I tried to cancel the order a number of times but they gave me a hard time. Never again will i buy any of their brands (sleepmaker, serta). For the money i paid i am not happy with it.

Sorry to hear Paul. I have it on good authority a member of the senior management does not practice social distancing at that location. That is, this person has gone around shaking people's hands, as observed during March and April.Overall, this is not a happy environment to work in and nor are their senior management an honest bunch.

Several years ago in June 2019, just before Covid hit, I purchased an Adjustable Queen bed from Sleepies at Tuggerah, NSW.Since then I have had problems with the bed. The matteress slipped on the base so the base was replaced. Nothing much changed, the mattress still slipped. Next, the mattress was replaced, still slips.However, the most important fault is that the back up battery system is located UNDER the base.In the case of a power failure to access the battery back up to lower the bed to a flat position I must climb out of bed, in the dark, climb under the bed, disconnect 1 plug & connect it to another plug. Not an easy task for an elderly crippled person.Despite numerous promises from a person who claims to be head of either Customer Service or Repairs, I am still waiting.The last promise to have someone look at the battery back up was in December 2022, so pleased there has not been another 4 hour blackout in recent times. I really do not wish to be trapped in bed AGAIN for any amount of time or in case of an EMERGENCY because I could not safely get out of bed to access the battery back up to lower the bed so I would not risk a fall as has happened several times to a friend who purchased the same bed, at the same time, from the same shop, but has been IGNORED.As of April 2023, I have come to the conclusion that THE COMFORT GROUP are just another large company, out to sell their products with no regard to their customers satisfaction or safety.Promises, promises and little or no action. I had a pretty good experience with this company, I sleep like a baby in my new mattress. I'm assuming most if not all these 1 star reviews are probably disgruntled past employees and I think its rather odd that Frank knows Paul on a first name basis

Awesome experience - our mattress had an issue over the Christmas period and once we’d made contact with The Comfort Group they organised a temporary replacement mattress then a replacement under warranty Post assessment of our old mattress. Everyone from the customer service team to the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The delivery drivers were on time on both occasions and the communication around everything to do with our mattress replacement spot on. Thank you!!

What happened to the quality of a Serta mattress? So disappointed, the plush top is already lifting away from the mattress after 14 or so days! I wish I never bothered to go with the same brand.
