Have been seeing Dr Geoff Hale for about 3+ years off and on now, and think Him and his team deserve a 5 star review.Always a positive and welcoming greeting as you walk in, always get a pre-massage that is A+ areas of focus are pinpointed and attended without fail with pleasant and happy staff. Even when busy they try to fit you in, definitely hard workers. Geoff remembers more about me than I do myself, Seems to easily pickup problem areas without even me mentioning them and doesn't hold back in treating them, he does what needs to be done, so if there's some slight discomfort or pain while he's working a spot.. just breath through it, it's worth the end result. Would recommend to anyone with minor to chronic conditions, there is relief and light at the end of the tunnel, don't put up with pain.Thanks heaps guys, letting you know ow how much you are appreciated.

you only get 5-10 min with Geoff and a 20 min of a dodgy massage by one of the ladies. Some are good, most are ok and some are bad.

In comparison to Osteopath I normally see who would do maybe 5-10 adjustments and many tissue releases on me in a session for a lesser fee Geoff; who has his assistant massage you for the majority of the appointment (which was not any significant benefit) and then Geoff walked in the room, made 1 adjustment to me and walked out and then had his receptionist tell me to come back next week so I would say Geoff while I'm sure he has a lot of experience is now in it for the easy money. I would never go back even if I was hit by a bus and he was the last Osteo in the country. That was maybe over a year ago now and I'm still cranky about it.

Terrible!As an ex athlete, I’ve had multiple osteopaths in my time through the clubs I have been at or in my own personal life and by far geoff is the worst! Talk about no client care! I had to pay $20 for a dodgy massage for 20-30mins by a lady then geoff came in and spent 5-7mins on me then found a issue and said “I don’t have time today come back next week and I will fix that!” Well I paid for a 30min visit not 7min. I had the best osteopath in Brisbane for six years who actually spends his time doing massage, needles and adjustments. Maybe back to school you go geoff! I would believe that the majority of review on here are payed reviews! Because honestly anyone that has had a “real” therapist would know that what geoff offers isn’t worth 5 stars.

Geoff saved me from having the cartridge removed in my shoulder as was recommended by specialist. Full movement now without pain thanks to Geoff.Wouldn’t go to anyone else now!
