Great service provided by professionals! Scott accommodated my special request to fix my ski that unfortunately snapped at the tip. It's also our preference for waxing and tuning. Highly recommended.

The guys at Snow Monkey have been sooooo helpful for our family on our two trips to falls. The hire gear is all new and such amazing quality, great advice on googles and gloves. They measure thoroughly for boot size and have a range of orthotics too. Always willing to go the extra mile!! Definitely try there first for any hiring or purchasing of your gear!!

Wow! We have hired skis and boots from a number of different stores at Falls Creek, but having used Snow Monkey on our last trip we would not go anywhere else. The service from Scott and Jack was phenomenal - nothing was too much trouble - and the skis we hired were brand new and great quality. Thanks for a great experience Snow Monkey!
