The staff is extremely rude. Rather than assisting customers it looks like their job is to make the purchase difficult. Cannot stress enough on how rude the staff is including the manager. Had a very unpleasant experience.

Went in to look at a particular bag, a woman approached me, first impressions were good… she then “discretely” urged the male sales person to come serve me to try and flirt his way to a sale. You seriously think I didn’t see the hand gesture to come over from the woman to the male associate?! He repeatedly told me in the end to go get a coffee and think about it like I wasn’t good enough to buy a bag from there… Don’t worry guys, I went to Fendi instead and spent my money there..I highly recommend to not judge a book by its cover.

Nobody say hello, no smile, no welcome. I think I was browsing, so I didn’t look like a real customer who was going to buy anything. I suppose to get a bag, however they don’t care.

Service is appauling.. well non existent. No hello, not even a smile and stare you down like you're a piece of rubbish in their store. Its bizaare. Not sure if it's some new twist on sales but it doesn't work. Honestly most ill feeling being in their store.

Great experience! Jessie helped me to reserve a coat, and assisted me with sizing and styling in store. She also let us know about the Mother’s Day promotion, and helped me pick out a lovely purse for my mum!

Poor experience at this store today. No one seemed interested in helping me at all. Such a weird vibe in there and very unwelcoming. Left after 5 minutes of browsing. I’ll try a different store .

Worst possible customer experience. Placed an order and paid 5-6 weeks ago. Order has not been delivered. Numerous texts and emails to the customer service and all I keep hearing is - wait longer. FedEx claimed a delivery attempt was made and a card left and yet I was home on said date and have video recordings of doorbell rung - there was no attempt. Now FedEx has returned my item to sender without ever delivering it. And all the company has done is just tell me to wait even though I alerted them that something was wrong with FedEx’s tracking updates about 10 days ago. Finally after 5 weeks of waiting they’re simply offering a refund! Not even an offer to send out another piece via express mail!! AND ignoring further emails and texts! Isn’t the point of paying top bucks for a premium brand - to receive good customer service?? Clearly not gonna get that here!!

Terrible service. Looked at me and the staff decided l wasn't worth approaching. Little did they know that I wanted a pair of shoes. Didn't buy them. Went to Prada instead.
