Such an amazing group fitness vibe! The trainers made me feel so comfortable and they always offered help when I was struggling. Would recommend to anyone new to fitness or people looking for a place to make new friends!

Absolutely love F45 Salisbury!I hate going to a regular gym. I love going to my workout already pre planned and knowing how good I’m going to feel after both mentally and physically. I couldn’t ask for a better community with fantastic trainers! 10/10

I’ve been a member of many F45’s over the years with moving a lot & finally found my home in Salisbury! the sense of community is like none other and the members are all so supportive! The team is so encouraging and helpful in every way! Strongly recommend trying it if you haven’t before!

One of the most inclusive , encouraging and welcoming team of staff and members . The coaches support of your fitness journey is incredible . It becomes a place where you feel safe to try new fitness goals , push yourself to the limits and walk out each and every time feeling like you’ve accomplished something . The support from other members is inspiring and you make some pretty awesome life long friends . Every work out is different so you never get bored ! Joining was a decision I’ll never regret because I’ve not just joined a gym, I’ve joined a family.

Stopped by during my last visit to Adelaide and was thoroughly impressed with the whole thing: the space, the trainers, the community. I don’t consistently train at F45s, but experiences like these are what make me want to commit to it.
