Trevor Molenaar made my purchase a stressful and horrible experience - no congratulations on purchase or exchange, no answer to text messages, associates not showing up to appointments and being rude, not even a cheap bottle of champagne on settlement, nothing.This experience was so disappointing as it was my first home purchase. Not to mention he wouldn’t take his signboard down for 3 months and the property was purchased off market. On a request not to disclose the price, he ignored this. Trevor was short and rude to my solicitor to top things off.The worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with in every capacity. The property was introduced to me by Troy and Grahame who were pleasant to deal with. I would never recommend Trevor Molenaar to anyone.Despite their insulting comments as per below - my partner and I both left real estate sales years ago after selling a large successful business in Darlinghurst . Everything said below by his PA is false and sad.
