I took my wedding dress to Rachelle for a consultation to receive a quote for alterations. Before I attended I showed her photos of the dress and told her what I was seeking. She was lovely to deal with at our consultation and told me that the job was definitely doable but that she needed time to provide a quote. A week later I messaged her to follow-up on the quote, and then she messaged me to say that the alteration work I sought was above the service she is currently providing and that she was unable to help me. It is very disappointing that I went through the time and effort of attending the consultation with her, for her to ultimately tell me that she could not complete the job, despite her assurances that she could.

Excellent and well priced clothing alteration services. Rachelle has saved me so much time! She works from home, is friendly, quick and a true professional. I keep coming back with more dresses to alter, (for weddings and events) and just ordinary hems and repairs I know she will do in a flash and I won’t get time to do. Plus I like supporting local business and not having to que, this is by appointment and you can arrange to drop off or pick up clothes after work hours too. Thanks Rachelle!

Rachelle did a wonderful job fixing the back of my wedding dress. It was not crossing at the back and she did an amazing job adding a piece of fabric that looks as if it was part of the original dress.I'll definitely come back if I need to alter others dresses.Thanks, Rachelle!
