The two ladies collected my blood are very unskilled. They hurt me very badly and as a result my vain and hand were injured next few weeks. Also they did the same to other people whom I knew went there for blood tests.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Please save yourself by not going there.I found Melbourne Pathology is 100% better than them and with well trained nurses (at Bentleigh.)Never ever going to this place again.

I've been coming to get blood draws regularly from this clinic for a few years and the quality of the service has degraded immensely in the last couple of years. I have healthy, prominent veins that are easy to locate and palpate. This morning an old lady with east European accent did my blood test. She didn't close the door to the room, when the blood collection started she began have a conversation with someone walking past in the hallway, her lack of attention caused her hand to move and the needle to dig back and forth. The swelling began almost immediately and she began massaging the site with cotton to try and get the swelling down". She blamed the "new collection tube equipment" that caused "too much suction". Ridiculous. Now my arm is swollen above the puncture site and will bruise for a week. Had more in common with an assault than a medical service."

I came here for the first time and got an anxious feeling just being there. It looks run down, the staff are relatively nice if you can call it that. I have weird veins that don't like to come out. The lady who did my blood test not only did she not find a good vein, she stuck a needle in and popped the vein. It didn't look very healthy after that. So all in all, if you have difficult veins, don't go here, they don't know what they're doing. Good veins, they're probably fine, just very serious people who seem unsure of themselves.Sorry guys for leaving not such a good review, but having my vein look that way afterwards really wasn't good.

Absolutely brilliant nurse. My veins are not easy to find and draw blood from but the nurse here did a fabulous job. 2 mins and I was done.Am coming here for any more blood tests in future. When you visit this centre, just ask for Lydia - amazing nurse.

Opening hours state they are open till 6pm... However it is not written anywhere that they do a COVID clean and close early to testing. They have put a sign that testing can be done at a location down the road. However updating information on their website, Google maps or on their pathology test sheets to state this discrepancy on available times for testing would be very informative! Hard to gauge if they are closing early to tests or they should be doing their COVID cleaning after 6pm. Seems like a cop out.

I am 14 years old and was treated really rough. The lady that was taking the blood test didnt do it professionally. Flippin stabbed me, blood is coming out of my arm and she can't get the needle in my vein. I was in excruciating pain amd she is moving tye needle freely in my arm. She was trying to convince me to stay and try one more time but I was in great pain and didnt stay. I will never come here again. After the pain I had. No words. Felt like a cartilage piercing

The staffs are very lazy, talking and chatting with each others while people kept waiting for so long. The attitude of staffs is also a concern! I've been here several times and it was all the same like that. I still go to this place as it closed to my house and hopefully my review would help them upgrade the services.

Nurse Bu was absolutely lovely. Very gentle and for me who has very small and hard to take blood from veins she found one effortlessly and quickly. Have learnt from previous experiences that being hydrated is key to helping with difficult veins.

An old lady with east European accent did blood test on me. It was the most horrified blood test experience I have ever encountered. She stabbed me with the great force and hurt me so much. Zero communication skill, extremely bad service attitude. Avoid at all cost!!!
