3 coffees took just over 20 minutes and the order was incorrect. Staff member making coffee had no other coffee orders at the time and continued to apologise as she kept moving away to assist other areas. If you can’t read the order and get it correct you need to hand over to someone who can. Manager on duty seemed to have little interest in what was happening around her and a new staff member on the only register who had to get assistance at least once for every order was just wrong and very belittling for this young girl. Upper management really need to look into the store as it’s not going to last long with these issues

Review update: New HJ Dalby establishment.Premises was quite clean. Drive-thru was super busy (line out to the street). Orders weren't fulfilled correctly. Missing burger, then an incorrect drink (shake) - ordered via the app for at-counter collection.The staff entry to via the customer eating/waiting area is a hazard. In the time I was waiting to collect my food, 3 different people were hit by that door opening outwards.OG 5* Review: Fast drive thru service with a smile. These HJ shakes are AMAZING! Or maybe it was a one-off? I'll find out on my next visit :D Thanks team

The app isn't perfect, had multiple failed attempts of family bundles unavailable for breakfast.But who needs an app when you have a Scott"?! Scott provided fantastic service all round and the rest of the team provided freshly cooked food.Will certainly be back when we next drive through the place"

Store was clean, neat and tidy, food could have been warmer, no hand paper towels in toilet area. Vanilla shake was beautifully almost frozen

Ordered a Vegan whopper with cheese, got a regular whopper instead. I ate half of it thinking they just put a rebel whopper patty in there and then got my friend to check and it was beef. I was very sad. I love vegan whoppers. We were mid way through a road trip so we couldn’t go back and swap them.

Brand new Hungry Jack's in Dalby. What a disappointment. Food was great and can't fault it. First impression when you walk into an absolutely filthy and staff and managers just taking no notice that tables were not wiped. Nowhere to sit and have your meal because of bad housekeeping.All staff outside at the front smoking. Terrible look. Hope they pick up the act. First impressions not good.

My family stopped here and the food was actually the best I've ever had from any HJ's store burgers were fantastic. New store opening soon in Dalby aswell. Burgers are definitely better at this Hungry Jacks. Hopefully the new store does deliveries to the local area once it opens . I'd also encourage outgoing bubbly personality with customers, it goes a long way. Thanks Dalby Hungry Jacks keep up the great work .

Stopped on our way out of Brissie for breakfast. Clean, nice new facilities, good parking, street parking for camper or caravan. I had the ham and cheese croissant, hash brown and coffee. Food was very nice and fresh, and didn’t have to wait too long. Would come back again when passing through.

Orders are always wrong and takes 20-30 minutes just to get through the drive thru. A manager charged us $12 for a $2 frozen and a small drink and then acted hard done by for having to refund us. Shouldn’t a manager know better? I’ve seen that same manager treating their junior staff horribly and making them cry. Definitely do not recommend them at all and will be putting a proper complaint in. So disappointing for a new store.

Was extremely impressed with presentation and cleanliness of new store. The staff were outstanding, happy and helpful. The food, well...I will definately be returning. Carolina Jack Chicken burger, rebel whopper and kids nugget meals, all outstanding. Keep it up! Highly recommend going there
