The guy running the place is the rudest most arrogant shop owner I've come across.You repair shoes for a living geez well done.What's even more laughable is the owner on here defending him like his a emotional child we all need to except because it's not his job to be nice as a actual successful business owner I definitely wouldn't defend someone tarnishing my business name due to poor attitude

Woeful experience with Craig at Burwood Store. I wanted a new car remote which he said he could easily do.After waiting fifteen minutes it was ready so I paid my $90 and walked back to my car (7 minutes walk away) It did not work.Second time I walked back to their store where Craig said 'oh yeah I skipped some steps..'Walked back to my car, still did not work.Third time I asked for a refund as it did not work to which Craig did not apologize, instead he just kept huffing and panting, even had the nerve to ask for a receipt!?In the end I got a refund but I will not be a repeat customer.I understand everyone makes mistakes but know when to apologize and don't make the customer feel as if it is their fault.I will not be returning to this branch.

The Guy was talking on phone and fixing my watch at same time. He wasn’t even focus fixing my watch as he dropped a part on the floor.I came there twice because my watch didn’t work after changing batteries.My watch has been working well and never been broken. I’ve got two years guarantee for my watch.He ended up that my watch itself has a problem and cost over $100 to fix if it stops again.What’s the two years guarantee for ?So much regret to bring my watch to there which was my birthday gift....

Called up to ask if they do repairs on sunglasses (small screw missing). The rude man replied condescendingly No

I took my watch to get a new battery.I walked away an hour later with it in pieces and the waterproof gasket that he stretched in a sandwich bag because he cant put it back together without having to leave it with him and pick it up at some other time" (his words).I told him not to bother

Dropped my car keys off to have the battery replaced. The work was completed while I finished my shopping. The assistant was polite and helpful. Happy with the service and my keys work great now, thank you.

DONT GO HERE. Craig is hostile and rude. His sarcasm is not humor.. it's plain rudeness. Man has his knickers in a BIG KNOTGood mate 'Anne' and 'Mark' trying to say he is not aggressive & a GOOD GUY is a load of bullocks LOL. I get it’s hard to be a bubbly friendly person in customer service all the time but hugging a cactus would be more pleasant than another conversation with this man.

Man at the desk seemingly didn't want my business, told me replacing the very scratched and scuffed glass on my watch would just allow me to scratch the new glass they put on...When I asked about repairing the movement in my watch he just told me it would take ages and cost too much... Without first telling me how long and how much it would be...When I asked about the price for a second Audi car key he told me If you can afford the car you can afford the key" before giving me the price..."
