Very unprofessional person stay away from him.I don't know how i started to recieve his promotional email. I wanted to get home loan so i approached him. This person took all paper work from me, pay slips, account statement, account details and all other IDs. I spoke with him 2/3 times on phone. Whenever i ask for the updates he ask for recent payslip, but never call back or gave update. Call and message him quite a few times. Some time got automated messages that i am bussy will call back soon. Seems to me this person Sam, just collects the data. Because, I spoke with number of other brokers they first ask my salary and informed me in a minutes that if my income is enough to get a house loan or not. But sam just keep asking for all the I'Ds, bank statements, payslips etc. Stay away from him.

Sam listened to my needs and gave sound advise with refinancing my mortgage. The communication with the Sam’s team was excellent. They were very responsive to my questions and were specific with what was needed to get my mortgage approved. Very satisfied with the service.
