Booked a two person massage and facial, when arrived, only one person doing both treatments for two people.Constant interruptions with phone, door, and the masseur leaving in the middle of treatments leaving us alone and on a table.The two person massage was in two separate rooms.And the time was definitely not honoured for it being 60 min massage and 30 min facial. The massage was barely 45min.The facial was left on too long and started to hurt the skin.No checks were asked for skin sensitivities.I feel sorry for the poor lady who was by herself and had multiple bookings in a day.Also the place clearly needs updated photos on google as it is definitely misleading. The front door is broken and there was a thick layer of dust on most things, as well as each and every door squeaked very loudly which didn’t help with the relaxation aspect of this.My only positive was the massage when it was disturbed midway through, was done very well.

Well... I wouldn’t recommend them...this was a Christmas GV gift from a family member purchased on Groupon.Very disorganised, very dusty and unkempt premises, massage offered was relaxing massage, with the qualification displayed, cert IV massage in Australia, but it was nothing like it, I am a massage teacher and it was more like what you get at the instant massage places. They spoke in their own language to each other from one room to the other. They were in and out of the room lots of times, including to serve people out the front. And the facial half hour was, cleanser on and off and a paper mask on for 25 minutes while she went to massage the next customer.We had to pay extra for Sunday which was fine, I get that. And wanted cash or it was 10% more, although when I said I had no cash on me she took the card payment.The images shown on google website do not match the placed at all. Only the outside of the building.

One of the worst massage experiences I've had, and I've had around 300 professional massages, give or take.Called and booked in the morning (spoke to a man) went in later that day, spoke to the only woman in the clinic, who had no idea what booking I was talking about, but had a free slot.Had to pay in advance (second sign), the massage felt like she had no training. At the start she never asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, I had to stop and inform her, which she mostly ignored anyway.The massage was very aggressive (dropping my legs instead of placing them down) man-handling me very quickly and erratically. Movements seemed to have no relation to each other. A rub on the back, then a poke on the shoulder, a rub on the forearm, a poke in the lower back, repeat...?? Makes me seriously wonder if she has ever been touched before?At the end, not even an offer of water, just a thank you and there's the door kind of thing.Never returning.

Appalling all round. Made an appointment for Red Hill Magic Care at 2.30pm the next day. Organised a baby sitter for the kids and on the day of the massage, they sent me a message saying it was at the Grange - a further 20 minutes away. Arrived at a dingy and suspicious shop front. Walked in once I finally got the broken door to open only to be told that we have no time

Wow what an incredible massage! The exterior of this place is decisively unmatched with the level of expertise inside. My shoulder was so sore and she fixed it in one treatment . One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I get them a lot!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment booked 5 days in advance, and I arrived to it today to a closed shop. The lady heard me try to enter and came running out. She obviously sleeps at the shop and I woke her because when she invited me in she proceeded to brush her hair and get herself ready. She had no idea about my appointment and told me she couldn't give me what i had booked in for. Then apparently she didn't know enough English to communicate with me so gave her phone with a translator. I ended up saying I was going to leave, because even the interior of the shop felt cold and unwelcoming. The lady moved toward the door and I felt like she was getting in the way of me exiting so I tried to open the door past her. She eventually moved and assisted me with the door and I left. I would not EVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. The worst experience I have ever had.

the unprofessionalism here is outrageous. i booked 2 days in advanced to show up at the appointment with doors locked and no one answering while it was certainly NOT empty. after 10 mins of knocking, i decided to call and another 5 minutes of near complete silence, he then tells me i can’t have my appointment today as the masseur is sick and he forgot to tell me. they are money hungry “business owners” with zero empathy and not an ounce of care towards customers. even looking through the windows the lobby looked grubby and the decor was covered in thick dust. definitely avoid this place

I would give -5 stars if I could.My partner and I came here today for a 60 minute couples massage. We were brought into separate rooms and his massage started immediately, whereas I was left 10 minutes before someone came into my room. Shortly after he started messaging me, his phone rang and the guy answered the phone and spoke to this person for a couple of minutes, the phone call ended and the guy tried calling the person back ALL WHILE STILL IN MY ROOM. He left the room on multiple occasions for about 5 minutes at a time. When he came back in and I had to ask him if something was wrong as this seemed very unusual.Over all the massage was not good. He massaged me through a towel for all of it. Only using oil for the last couple of minutes and only massaged my back and arms, while my partner got a full body massage (including butt) and the lady used oil on him the whole time.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this parlour and will never be returning.

I’ve had many massages before and today I received the best massage I’ve ever had. Got all the spots and pressure points perfectly. Walked out feeling great. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Lisa.

Hopeless service. This man has advertised $49 for 1 hour choice of massage. When rang for booking he didn't want to do booking. He kept saying it's 30 mins only and refusing. Hopeless staff. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Be careful everyone
