I have extremely short lashes and was tired of getting extensions. Never tried lash lift but thought to give it a go. I wasn’t confident that it would work as my lashes are extremely short.Jen was wonderful in her thorough explanation of the procedure. The ambiance of the salon was warm, inviting and ever so relaxing.End result- OMG - I have lashes. I was so impressed in the end result from not being able to see my lashes to now seeing them curled up.Highly recommend the services provided by Kokoraebeauty!

Walking into Jen’s spa room gives the sense of serenity, it is clean, beautifully lit, and infused with calming music. Jen is so warm and friendly, if you’re lucky you get to say hi to her little puppy too. It is a homely place to escape the daily grind and pamper yourself. There is a massage chair for that special someone who accompany you to your appointment, so that s/he can be pampered too!! I would definitely come back ❤️

I have always wanted to have my legs and armpit hair removed for a long time, but I was afraid of the laser side effect and the fact that the procedure could end up costing a lot of money - not only in the procedure itself but also the upselling done by the laser hair removal places to purchase the ‘additional’ hair removal products instead of focussing on the main thing which is the hair removal service.Jen helped me by providing a detailed explanation and understanding of the laser hair removal process and what I would expect. With this information I built a very strong confidence and decided to give the procedure a try. Each time after my visit, she was so thorough and caring, checking to see if my skin has any reaction to the treatment and how the hair growing process was going. She even went beyond and sought to understand my hair growing progress and to customise the machine setting to fit my hair growth condition, to obtain the desired outcome. Jen was always safety conscious and maintained a very safe setting on the machine as safety was always her priority.This is the service that I don’t think any shop will provide to me as most of them will be following the book!I am so glad I did the hair removal procedure through Jen! The freedom and confidence without needing to shave before I wear my shorts and singlets. I also never expect my legs to be so smooth and gorgeous!Thank you Jen, you have changed my life for the better! I would have not able to experience this freedom and comfort if I had never met her.
