Since our only option was a virtual viewing, our showing was given by Caroline and principle Mike Hay.Mike's laid back presentation was indicative of an experienced broker not seeking a forced sale strategy that can be so off-putting for most people.After our virtual showing Caroline took over all discussion and negotiation. Despite beginning the process far apart on price, Caroline adeptly brought buyer and seller seamlessly together. She worked tirelessly to respond to every issue we raised. It is fair to say that without her, this deal simply would not have gotten out of the starting gate. Her level of professionalism in this transaction was way beyond any expectation we may have had.I don't think it would matter what the service or the industry, when someone stands head and shoulders above the rest it should be made note of.
