Fibremax is good and fast in terms of providing services and their local agents are quite reliable and flexible. They also respond very quickly for extra works required after the initial contract to help set up our new offices system!

Great company and people to deal with! They went above and beyond to help me with NBN sorting a cable to my house. When I called TPG for example it was more about selling me something and locking me - with FibreMax it was the complete opposite where they assisted me with an issue that we not really their problem - I cannot recommend them enough.

Brown called me and went all the way to get all the needed information, raised issues with nbn, followed up on the action performed until the service has resumed completely.
