I have been a regular customer of Darlinghurst Chemist for many years. Marie & her staff are very professional & always accommodating. I live in between the Gold Coast & Sydney & will always wait until I am back in Sydney to obtain my medical supplies from this Pharmacy . I recently had flu & vaccination shots & despite the fact that it was a needle being injected into both arms it was a totally pleasurable experience. If you live in this part of Sydney or visiting the area do not go anywhere else!

12:45 pm on 30th October: While only being less than 100 m away they refused to offer help when I asked them to please help to deliver to me (again, they’re just across the road!) as I’m stranded under strict room quarantine. I desperately needed drops for my 6 week old newborn baby. They had zero care or empathy. However their competitors 500 m away we’re incredibly understanding, helpful & courteous.

If you want your run-of-the-mill Chemist don’t come here. This is a place where you’re not treated as a number but a person, where they remember your name and know what your ailments and tend to you with such personalized care. Marie is one of the loveliest ladies behind the counter that would greet you with a woman smile. Everyone here is genuine and efficient that’s what keeps me coming back!

The staff here are incredibly professional, and very friendly. Marie was knowledgable and thorough, and her customer service is one of the best I have ever had at any pharmacy. You are made to feel welcome and all of your questions and concerns are answered genuinely, I feel that my wellbeing is a priority here. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

In the years I have been using this pharmacy I've always been happy with both the service and the friendly, knowledgeable staff.Recently I was accidentally given another persons medicatiion (we had almost identical names). After a prompt call to inform me of the error Marie actually drove out to my house to remedy the situation!!

I recently got attacked by a dog. Marie and the team were absolutely wonderful. The level of empathy, passion and care is wonderful and always to be remmebered. Marie's posses superior medicine knowledge. It's my local pharmacy in Darlighurst. Thank you Marie and staffs.
