I'm a very skeptical buyer, however that was quickly put to ease through my experience with Troy and Sam. If you're looking to get into your first property, I couldn't recommend the team at FIS any higher. The team are very responsive, helpful, always in your corner and think about what is best value for you from beginning, middle to end of your build.

Would like to thank the whole team at Fit for getting me over the line with my first home. Starting with the initial contact with Kat, the Team has been nothing but professional. Troy helped me find a well priced and located block when it seemed near impossible at the time, and Sam/Michelle have helped me with any admin questions and requirements since. Any claims against the legitimacy and professionalism of this team are without basis and completely in bad faith. Will definitly be going back to Fis for me next home.

The team at first investment solutions were awesome. My partner and I were able to get our first home without the normal stress. Troy and the team made this whole experience fantastic.Would recommend to anyone looking to buy there first home / investment property , or anyone looking to build anything from their first to there 10th investment property . Thank you FIS!! I just recently moved into my first home in Morayfield and am loving it. I thought I was years away from owning property as I didn't really have any savings and figured this would be a much more complicated process then what it was.
