Peter Moyes Anglican Community School

This school is the worst place i have ever been to it is a complete waste of money, most the resources they buy we don't get to use and there are a lot of bullies compared to previous schools. Some of the teachers are nice, but a lot of them disrespect you. The only god thing i can say is there are laptops we use which is a lot better then pen and paper.

When I told the principal yesterday that I have not been happy with the school for some time due to the high level of bullying he asked why I had not yet removed my child and placed her in another school if I was so dissatisfied! They promise a “nurturing “ environment... there’s no kindness, nurturing or understanding here ... it’s all about the $$$$.

Peter Moyes is a great school. I moved to the school in year 8 and it greatly improved my grade. I was getting C's and even some D's in my last school, and now I'm getting A's and B's in all my subjects. The teachers are very supportive and kind. The school councillor is also a good person to rant to no-matter your situation.

It disappoints me to see negative reviews showing on this page. My experience of this school as a parent of 3 students has been very positive. The staff and other students, in my time at this school, are caring, professional and loyal to their community. The comments about high levels of bullying are not correct. In all schools there is a small number of students that need to be redirected into more positive interactions. This is always addressed promptly. The facilities at the school are top class and are readily available to all. My 3 children succeeded and flourished at PMACS all 3 were accepted into university and now have careers of their choosing. I can’t recommend highly enough education at Peter Moyes Anglican Community School for a chance to have your child’s future assured.

this school is actually the worst place ive attended while going to school, most teachers are more interested in what your wearing and profit margins, for example if you didnt have a stylus to write on the $3000! computer you would get a detention until you bought it for an aditional $50.

My time at Peter Moyes shaped me into being organised, courteous and excelling in academic achievements even after finishing my Middle and Senior School education. I remain in touch with The School being on the Alumni Association Committee, where I have recently been appointed Chairperson, and through various volunteer experiences. I can't wait to enrol my child once they reach pre-Kindy.

Peter Moyes is a fantastic school and has served my family well. We started there when my son was in grade 4, and he graduates this year from Year 12.They have always gone the extra mile to help him out, and have helped us with many situations as the kids grow.It is from the class of affordable Anglican schools that allows us o preserve traditional and cultural values, while achieving a high standard of education. Good luck to them all.

the quality of teachers and staff are not great, I remember a particular instance where an ex-teacher called Mrs Warbuton bullied a student in my year for wearing a hearing aid and often talked behind this students back, making fun of him for wearing a hearing aid.

I've studied here for some time now. Facilities are top-notch and the teachers are great as well. Although the students aren't very nice, they vape and sometimes they bully, I never experience it but I saw, which is really sad to me.

So far I am loving this school and my daughter loves it thats the more important thing. I think it's a great school cause my daughter is in pre-primary and this child is doing amazing and their style of teaching I love. Thanks Mrs Jordan.
