Pathetic customer service.Went to get my watch battery replaced, he was outright rude in attending though replaced battery but only for me to find out that battery stopped working within 3 days (he probably tries to scam me by replacing old battery with a used one) and when I went back to get it replaced again he first said that the fault is in my watch and battery is fine, after some argument he replaced the battery again and its working fine now (no surprises that watch had no fault).Won’t ever go back there and would never recommend.

I went here today for a key copy of my car. He wasn't even able to copy a key, the only area of ​​his expertise. So I spent an hour in vain.

Owner was very rude and dismissive. I had gone to adjust the links of my watch belt as the pin had become very loose. The owner wasn't even paying attention when I was talking to him... Didn't listen properly to the issue I was having. My issue wasn't resolved either. When I asked if he could order a new link for me he just said don't ask me this question". Also

Great place to get your watch fixed keys cut and friendly service, staff will go out of there way to help. Had a jeep but dis not have a new key and staff spent months looking for me to get a new fob made( sorry for typo) in the end they got me a new one more then half the price keep wanted the total cost was 56.00 where jeep wanted 300 plus. You do the math. Over all a very good place.

Very poor service they charge me $120 to make my car keys and keys even could not open lock and start my vehicle. They did not fix car keys and did not return my money. Sooo bad

WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!! If you go there and see the owner (old guy with glasses) just walk away to a different watch repair place. Extremely rude and dismissive person. He will keep working on whatever he is doing while making you wait and when you tell your problem he wont even pay attention then will just say, have you finished talking?" and then he will do whatever he wants. 99% he wont listen to your problem properly and break your watch."

*Avoid going there at all cost! This guy is very shifty, dishonest and is a liar. I went to put a new battery in for my Rado watch and to take off a few links as my watch was too big. After he finished the job he handed it back to me with no receipt or guarantee card and I was in a hurry so I didn't take notice at the time. After going home I tried to put my watch on and it was lopsided. He had taken off about 2cm in links from only one side of my stainless steel watch! Not only that, my watch still wasn't working!I was inconvenienced by driving to the store again to find out exactly what he's done to the watch. After confronting him about the issues, he told me that my watch is the problem as it is not working. I told him this cannot be as my watch is very new and very expensive. He then offered to fix it for an extra $60 and I refused and asked for a refund for the non working battery he gave me. I also told him to redo the links again from each side so my watch is not lopsided. He was not happy about it and was extremely brash and rude.After I left from there I stumbled upon another shop who fixes watches inside the centre and asked for his opinion on my watch. He put a new battery in and told me there is nothing wrong with my watch. He also said that there was no battery inside my watch when he opened it to check it, so the other guy took my battery and never returned it!I would stay away from this shop for sure! They are untrustworthy and dishonest. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Excellent service. Reasonable pricing. The battery in my watch replaced today.I wanted to buy medical emergency bracelet from this place couple of weeks ago. And the guy knows his business, and advised me not to buy his product, cos it was not the right product for me. Thank you for being honest, highly recommended this place

Always good prices for key cuts. Always let’s me know the amount of time it will take, and even suggested at times if the keys were not fitting in the key hole properly he will fix it no problem( I’m assuming without charge). The only thing I’d suggest is for 2 people to be working at all times instead of one to pick up the pace and don’t keep anyone waiting for service.
