I have been training with Damian for over 12 months. My first assessment with Damian was all about getting to understand me and then creating a program which engaged me. The one thing that I didn't want from a PT is the same routine rolled out each session. I wanted my training session to challenge me physically but also make me think about I was doing. Bringing movement to our sessions. Damian’s approach is collaborative, adaptive to circumstances and positive in experience. He’d inform me of what he’d planned for the week ahead and we’d have fun doing it!

Damian has a peaceful approach to training. He brings out the absolute best in his clients. Damian has no ego and is truly a special human. Damien is an awesome PT and person. He has helped me keep sane mentally and physically during lockdown. I have enjoyed his energy and passion for fitness he is very knowledgeable and each program is tailored to each individuals goals. I have decided to continue PT after lockdown and its been awesome to get back In to the gym and use all the equipment and focus on a new set of goals. He knows how to laugh too which is always very important.

Damian has been excellent at helping me work towards my strength goals. He gives clear instructions and checks in on how I'm going with each exercise. I've also enjoyed an interesting variety of exercises that are just the right amount of challenging. Would definitely recommend!
