Friendly staff, nice location, ample parking and tasty food. However I agree with most of the other comments on here. The value for money aspect is hard to swallow, there is some improvement that could be made around how much you get for what you pay.

Raw chicken bruh. Ordered a kids waffle for my nephew, had off banana in it and off strawberry. 10/10 would not recommend.Drinks are overpriced for something you can make at home in 5 minutes with a blender

Not very nice food, coffee not great either. Had the bacon and egg roll which you think would be impossible to get wrong but it was really bad, the bbq sauce was like that thick marinade you would but on ribs before you bbq them and just overpowered the whole thing. The coffee is passable but can name 10 cafes in Penrith that do it better.

Most incompetent business. Wrong trading time’s everywhere, rude staff who socialise with each other while you stand there waiting to order. I called them out on this one time and they just looked at me blank for a good while…excuse me for being a nuisance. They take peoples money on menulog but not actually providing the service. It’s the most frustrating experience every time and it’s a shame when the menu is good. Plus there’s never anybody in-charge on shift. Just a bunch of juniors scrambling around. Won’t be going back though, they can’t consistently treat people so poorly.

The worst experience ever. Not only was the staff rude and texting on their phone as we spoke to them, they didn't even listen. My partner asked for a straw and received 'That is the right meal. It is his.'It was actually the wrong meal. I ordered steak, potatoes, corn and avocado. What was sitting there was chicken, broccoli, sweet potato and mushroom sauce.They didn't even bother look away from their phone to give provide customer service.Our money was refunded and we went and got real customer service elsewhere.

$19.00 for one pancake?! I wanted to share breakfast with my son who is 4yrs old. He ate it in under 20sec and was still hungry. Menu says ‘pancakes’ plural. I can’t afford $40 for two pancakes which aren’t even filling. Sorry. Won’t be back.
