For several years now, I have relied on the services of Ultra Tune Mandurah, and I can say without any hesitation that they are outstanding. Recently, I attempted to use a mechanic closer to my workplace for convenience, but it was a mistake as they could not even come close to the level of service that Paul and his team provide.When I called Ultra Tune and spoke to Tenielle, she promptly booked me in after I explained the problem with my car. The team at Ultra Tune, led by Paul, always provide exceptional service and competitive pricing, and I have never been disappointed with their work.

Dropped my lease vehicle off for a service. It was completed in a timely manner. Paperwork through head office and the leasing company took 3 hrs to resolve. I had to use the toilet whilst in the shop. I had to step over various car parts in the back room on the way to the toilet. Things didnt improve once there. When was the last time this was serviced or cleaned. It was disgusting. The business must realise the facilities are for public use as well.
