This salon is a hidden gem within the Sydney CBD! Every staff I’ve met are extremely helpful and kind so their customer service is top notch. They have a variety of designs and a wide range of colours to play with. The quality is amazing as my nails feel so healthy and strong, they’ve lasted for weeks as well which is a bonus. This salon has many returning regular clients- including myself. Their work and service will definitely make you come back for more. I 100% highly recommend this salon.

It's shocking... It's my first time getting nails in Australia, but are all Australian nail shops normally like this? I've been getting good nails all this time. They're so messy! I've never seen nails like this in my life. I think my friend's nails will do better.

Came to get my acrylic nails done today. They always busy but it wasn’t a long wait. The lady was friendly, caring and quick. Will definitely come again !

My partner was getting her nails done but then I was drawn into their amazing service. I decided to get my manicure done here and I got to say the experience was exceptional. I am extremely happy and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommend for their outstanding service and nails!

Unsure whether it was because I was dressed in corporate attire or if I just look difficult. I sit down and tell the staff what I want. Full set acrylic with plain gel colour, no removal required as I came in with bare nails. She asks me “that will be $80, are you okay with that”.I said yes because I didn’t look at the price list and with the rise of cost of living I accepted it, I took it as face value.The job is alright but the nail tech did skip a few prep steps, used files & drills which you are suppose to replace with every client but whatever no one does this, no apex in the acrylic so they will probably snap around 2 weeks.I go to pay the $80 and I took one of their brochures and find out that a full set of acrylic is listed as $55, really disappointed to be over charged like this and rushed out basically. I paid the $80 because I’m not going to be cheap and argue about a few dollars but I don’t appreciate being lied to my face.

It’s hard to find a good nail salon nowadays. I’ve been to this place for years and they never disappointed me. Especially it’s just few step away from my work place, so convenient.Also, the service is exceptional, in and out within an hour.

I went in for my appointment during lunch and I couldn’t believe how busy the nail salon was which must be why alot of people go there. The staff were friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. My manicure and pedicure were done beautifully than I expected. Will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended!

My shellac nails turned out pretty good, but my mom got regular polish and it was not done well at all. Didn't notice until we were out in sun. The polish is super far from the cuticle and it is patchy and streaky.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I rarely write reviews, but I want others to know about the experience. I am from America and not sure if nail services are different in Australia, but this is my honest review. Completely rushed and it shows in the work. I had several different women work on my pedicure and manicure and the place was utterly chaotic. It took over 3 hours to get a regular (no shellac) pedicure and a shellac manicure. People waiting around. Some clients came in with appointments and got turned away. Uneven, messy nail shellac polish.. very sloppy. Looks like a two year old did it. Actually embarrassing. No cream or cuticle oils despite keeping acetone on for nearly over an hour. When I wanted cuticles cut and manicured as part of a shellac manicure, they seemed surprised. I don’t know in what salon a standard manicure doesn’t include cuticles? There was no dryer for the pedicure. Absolutely horrible experience. When I came I had to refile the sides of my nails and put cream on to make the nails look presentable. I have business dinners and it’s embarrassing. I may need to go elsewhere to correct it. I’m not sure what the standard is in Sydney, but I would avoid. The women are nice so I feel a bit bad, but the salon is lacking management and the service is not even mediocre. I cannot repeat enough, do not visit unless they change their standards and management. I’m shocked they are in business. Save your $80 and go elsewhere.
