Eddie for Air Conditioning

Call out fee of $240 for not touching the aircon unit! Late the first day, unprofessional and spoke to us very gruffly.5 minutes of advice.. unbelievable! Take your business elsewhere and save your hard earned money!Would not recommend this business!

Yesterday I could not turn off my air-conditioner despite all the usual trouble shooting. My air-con was on for hours and then in desperation I called Eddie's Air-Conditioning. Not only did Eddie take my call in the middle of his busy day, he was so helpful and suggested a couple of other things to try and eventually I got it off. Phew!Eddie was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Not only did Eddie help with the problem on the day, he also quoted to repair if it was necessary, including the new air-con parts. On request he also quoted to replace the system if that was my preferred option. Eddie's quotes were competitive and the minute I absolutely have to replace my air-con, Eddie will be the #1 choice. Thanks Eddie...really appreciate your help...
