Adelaide Exposed Concrete

Very unprofessional in all areas. 3 weeks later the driveway and back garden was cracking. They left a mess and concreted over a storm water drain. Very disappointed with the finish, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We engaged AEC to concrete our perimeter, driveway, and verge on our new build.Brook was outstanding in communicating the process with us the whole way through.The team when engaged did an excellent job.

A measure of a business is how they go about fixing their mistakes. Exposed concrete the went over and above to fix theirs giving me more than I was originally quoted. Leaving me with an beautiful driveway thanks team.

Shane and the team has been a star. They had completed my retaining wall and fence fuss free, my fence and retaining looks shining. I was regret I didn't meet Shane earlier so they can complete my other parts of the boundry walls.

Shane and the team did a great job of my shed slab! I originally wanted plain grey but after the quoting guy showed me the price difference between that and coloured concrete (I was going to paint it anyway) we decided to upgrade! Quality is 10/10 and the Slate grey looks so good and smooth! Couldn't recommend these guys more if I tried :)

Neighbours have recently used these guys and they rudely arrive at 5am while it is still dark and start loud machinery!!! Very very inconsiderate.

Quick and efficient quoting, good response times to emails and text. Accounting error and confusing multiple email chains from multiple accounts meant full payment erroneously requested a month ahead of job start. 8 visits over 4 weeks to complete coloured concrete driveway with 2 strip drains and 3 more weeks to fix a concreted shut irrigation box. Minimum weekly communication required prior to and during job as required yard access. Once started job plagued by multiple delays and uncommunicated no shows, people not showing up yet being told they have, jobs being reported completed when not done, having to remind about forgotten plans of plan, at least 1 person showing up unexpected and wondering why there's no access despite being left with communicated access for weeks. Jobs required lots of follow up due to problems at almost every step. Concreting done to satisfaction but water runs under garage door, there's minor scratching to existing driveway and gap filling required around strip drain by myself despite chance to fix. At LEAST 7 weeks of brain drain chasing poorly communicated jobs and access after having to pay in full in advance. Business seems well intentioned but would not recommend.

I cant believe how amazing Brook and the team in the office has been. Compared to the other companies that I have dealt with, I found adelaide exposed’s communication to be the best by far. Friendly workers, great result with my job. Would highly recommend! :)

I required a quote and they sent it to me within few days. Staff members were very friendly and supportive I would recommend them highly for concreting services without hesitation.
