Buyer beware!I purchased a watch from Adore Jewelry that I was told was waterproof. When I took it home and checked the manual I found out it wasn't. They refused to give me a refund but told me I could replace it with another watch. I wasn't happy to do this but had no choice, so I replaced it with a Police watch.When I went for a swim, water got in on the surface. I took it back and was charged a fee to get it fixed up, even though it was under warranty. When I went in for another swim it did the same thing.This time I took it to a proper watch repairer who told me there was a problem with the seal. I contacted the Australian distributor who offered to fix it for me under warranty, if I could show proof of purchase. As I couldn't find the receipt, I contacted Adore Jewelry to send me a copy of the receipt so I could prove to the Australian distributor that it was still under warranty. I was told that their accountant does all this for them and they would contact him. When I didn't hear anything I called them back again. I was told by the guy who answered the phone that he would get the brother to call me. I said that I needed to get it really urgently. He then told me he couldn't talk as he had people in the shop, and then hung up on me.If you decide to buy something from them, be very cautious.Jason Layoun
